Got this tatty CB mountain bike, was told it's an old Cape Wrath but not 100% on what it is really. It is a CB though as it still has the headbadge.
The tatty part is really the frame although there are no dents or dings it's really just the tatty lacquer that lets it down. Other than that it's not too bad really. Sports a 9 speed Deore groupset (including new rear mech). including Deore disc brakes (cable). Truvativ triple crank is the only non Deore part I think. Suspension front forks which seem to function fine. Frame is 18" c-c.
Gears could do with a little tuning (work ok), rear tyre needs replacing and there is a dust cap missing from one of the STI levers other than that it's a great MTB, donor bike, hack or use and abuse it to its death!
