Also, I-RIDE are listed as their UK distributer, maybe fire them an email to check for stockists.

A mate of mine has one, don't know which but FWIW he seems perfectly happy with it

Ah OK. Might we worth giving Always Riding a call though.

My reasoning? Ribble and Winstanley's for example, both are basically warehouse facilities, Merlin as well is just a unit on an industrial estate, but they each have a counter facility to some degree, (Merlin and Ribble do have small shop facilities though TBH).

Even if they don't, (like Winstanley's), if you explain the difficulty and that you are very interested in purchasing one, if they have any idea of customer service I'm sure they'll find a way to accommodate.
