I am looking for a replacement part for my CatEye V3 (same as the v2c). I have tried to contact Zyro Customer Services as they seem to be the people who deal with CatEye in the UK and I haven't had anything back from them in over a week. I have sent them a second email and still not got anything back.
I was wandering if anyone has brought replacement parts or if I have to buy a whole new unit.
The part in question is to mount the speed/cadence sensor on to the frame. On this model it is held in with one screw coming in from the end. I have managed to snap the plastic just below the bolt so that’s all I’m looking at replacing.
In the picture you can see the mount where the cable ties go through on the unit and the thumb screw on the right hand side.
If anyone has a broken sensor that they were thinking of binning but still has a good mount I would be interested to hear from you.
If anyone knows the best way to get spare parts I would be most grateful.
