Cateye Padrone Wireless - Mounting Issue?

Hi guys,

I've come across an issue when I'm mounting my Cateye Padrone computer.

I've followed the instructions, and yet... Nowt happening. The sensor unit comes with a battery, and I had a brief blip yesterday where it registered a reading, but then fell off again.

Any suggestions/solutions? Below is a picture to illustrate the distance between the sensor and the magnet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like the magnet needs turning through 90° to me.Its flat face should be facing the sensor.

Also try another battery in the sender unit. If you only had a brief connection when setting it up, it sounds like no signal is being sent. I'm guessing it's a CR2032 battery which are dirt cheap.
