Cateye EL-340 any good?

I have just ordered this light (from ebay for £30): http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=64490
But is it any good? I will be using it for general cycling around as well as the club runs on Tuesday nights which go down unlit country roads.

I would think it would struggle with unlit roads. I have the el 530 and would consider that a minimum for unlit roads.
