If I am running 23-622 with 700-23c tyres do I use the 700c setting for Cateye?

Just found this chart, it looks like with my wheel tyre combo my measurement should be 210cm. Is that right?

Or if you want to get it spot on, lay a tape measure out on the floor and check the exact distance of one wheel rotation (in cm's).
