We were descending down into Buxton (in a car) at noonish on Sunday. Saw air ambulance first, then the regular ambulance, then a pretty much undamaged old VW Passat with an shocked old guy sitting on the road in front of it. Stupidly, I kept looking. Cyclist, on the deck, not being attended to by the paramedics. I fear the worst; truly horrible. Does anyone know if he made it? Nothing in the news websites so far.

Some people I ride with saw it and said the people he was riding with were smiling, so I presume it wasnt life threatening.
