Cassette and chain recommendations

Can anyone recommend a 10 speed cassette to use with Shimano 105 gearing (approx 12-30). Preferably from Wiggle as I have some vouchers. Not sure of the difference in quality of the various cassettes that they sell. Oh....and a chain to go with it Thanks.

Great, I think I will take a punt on one of these, cheaper than 105 and Ultegra versions. Are they much worse quality than the 105 or Ultegra versions.

Not worse , quality is ok, materials, weight and finish will be different but it will work with Tiagra, 105 or ultegra 10 speed shifters.
