Carrier for Dahon folding bike?

I bought a Dahon Vybe folding bike recently. It has a flat rack (or whatever it is called) on top of rear wheel.

What basket I can buy and fit on top of it without much complexity?

you can get rack bags, ideally with a folder, one that is easily detatched & re fixed.
Rear baskets are a bit of a rarity generally, they tend to be homemade things and permanantly affixed, which is not so good for folding bikes

beware buying unseen with a folder tho, you need to try things that you may well catch your heel on to be sure you can still pedal effectively and comfortably, more so with panniers but you do need to consider the width of things on a low lying rack.
