I've liked this bag a lot, but I've only had it since July, and I'm now attempting a warranty claim.
Lazily, this is the email I've just sent to Evans.
To: Evans Warranty Returns.
Hi,
I've got a problem with the item below.
I use it almost every day in my commutes, usually containing tools, maybe a light weight jacket, a shirt etc. I've used the bottle holder 3 or 4 times in total.
Unfortunately a few months ago, one of the rivets that holds the straps on pulled out. This made the bag a little less stable, but usable. On thursday, the clip that secures the other strap broke off, rendering the bag completely useless at well under a year old.
Attached is an picture that shows both problems
I would like a refund for this item (I can take it into an evans store), which I will replace with a different bag, perhaps a more expensive, classic style Carradice bag.
A credit note would also be acceptable.
