Carradice super c or camper long flap?

For audaxing and commuting?

Similar prices but the long flap allows more flexibility but super c buckles are easier to use....

Any comments or recommendations?

I use a Nelson Longflap for commuting. Holds all I need for work with a fair bit of extra room for when I need it (probably double actually if I used the longflap bit). I've used it for a 4 day trip with normal clothes etc and I also used it for carrying my gear on LEL.
