Anyone else doing it on Sunday?

After a really crap week (Wife in one hospital for a planned operation, Eldest Son in another hospital after unexpected illness. About 80 miles apart so I feel like I have lived in hospitals and the car this week.

Both now on the mend, a ride through the Carmarthen Countryside will be the perfect antidote to a stressfull time.

And I stopped an annoying creak on the bike so things really are are looking up

I have done the Carm Snapper twice but never the stopper .

I will be on a black Jamis tourer yellow windproof black glasses. See you in the clubhouse before the start. Apparently the cawl in the pub in Cwmdu is an experience not to be missed.

Sorry I didnt chat ,there were a few people there I didnt know and couldnt really go round asking if they werre "Flamez"
Another great ride from Bynea, seems Ian is carrying on the tradition of providing loads of food for riders at the start /finish and roadside control. Pub in Cwmdu lived upo to its reputation ,Cawl and Roll set me up well for the afternoons climbs.

The twisty climb above Crosshands was a bit of a grueller.
All in all a great ride in friendly company.
