Looks bigger than 20" frame? 19.5" and 20" frames Carlton only just managed to fit the head badge in, for Capella lugs they had to cut down the lugs.

Also new tyres and tubes and rim bands.

I measured the down tube and that was 20 inches. Will check again tomorrow. Thanks for your observation

You are correct remeasured and it's 22 inches. Center of bottom crank to seatpost clamp.

It was in a pretty sorry state when acquired it. Hundreds spent to get it to a nice condition
