Carbon steerers..where????????

With a loosening headset the last few days, I've noticed that my integrated headset has no expander/compressor attached to the cap.
Does anyone know any links/ or where to get an expander that can fit a 22mm I.D. carbon steerer, as everywhere I've looked is 23.5 mm and above

Can't see why you can't use one designed for a 1" steerer.
