Carbon frame damage - help needed

I have a carbon frame with some significant wear on one seat stay. Looking for opinions on whether this is safe to ride as is, and / or repairable.

Safe to ride? No, that's only going to get worse. Don't risk it. Repairable? No idea, but worth finding out.

As Stuart says, not safe to ride. Look for a carbon fibre repair specialist if you want to save the frame.

Actually appears to be from a fender rubbing - tyres are well clear of the frame all round

A fender would not do that, unless it was made of cast iron. I reckon you've had a wheel pull over at some stage.

repairable but it would depend on how much you love the frame vs the cost of transplanting the parts to a donor frame .

An alternative frame is a strong possibility

Personally I wouldn't be worried about that failing in normal use with no further wear.

If you asked me to ride that frame 500 miles I would be more concerned about something else giving up before the frame did.
