Carbon fiber Frame

Hi, I am buying a new bike. I recently saw a GIANT TCR T.Mobile alliance bike with Ultegra components. Since I don't like carbon fiber body, do you think the frame of this bike is carbon fiber?

It may be a new bike to @alrzaln but I suspect that it is an old used bike. Giant did T-Mobile bikes back in 2007 and that one looks like it has welds?
