Being doored by a moving car would be rather unusual and most likely malicious. That said, I've had issues with people parking-and-dashing at that same spot.

Hope she is OK.
I cycle that road regularly, shops, lots of parked cars, bus lanes and odd bits of cycle lane means you have to stay on your toes.
It is all to easy to get hit by a door if you are not extra careful.
