A TT bike isn't ideal for a daily ride- they're ideal for racing in a TT and that's about it. I have a TT bike, I use it mostly for TTs and training rides. I have used it to commute, but only when going straight from work to a TT. It's not great for riding in heavy traffic. However, an aero road bike (like the Aeroad), can be a fun daily ride. My summer road bike an aero road bike (no mounts, mudguards, racks, etc). I use it to commute when the weather is nice, as well as for leisure rides, a bit of racing, etc. It's just a fun bike to ride and I prefer it for road riding over my winter commuter (which is my gravel bike with road wheels. The gravel wheelset goes back on this time of year and I use it for off-road).
