Canyon Speedmax CF 2019 model arm pad replacement

Hello, I have an older Canony Speedmax with the Profile Design T4+ aerobars, I would like to switch out the armpads but I don't find such product in Europe anymore. I don't want to change the aerobars because of that.

Profile Design does sell these Ergo Armrest kits, but I don't have any experience if the holes and bolts would match up? https://www.profile-design-eu.com/.../ergo-armrest-kit.
