Friend of mine has an old bike with canti brakes.
The shifters are combined with brake lever and shifters.

The bike is an old ridgeback MTB but its in good condition apart from the shifters and mechs, so my though was replace the shifters and rear mech with standard 7 speed (as it is) but i cant find any comb shifters listed for canti brakes.
