Just clicked the chat link (9 people in there) & got the message "[#CJOIN-0] There was an error connecting with the chat room. Please notify an administrator."
I think this was an issue with the IPS chat servers; it isn't hosted on the CC server, but elsewhere, and I'm guessing they had temporary problems as it appears to be working okay now.
