Cannot View Pictures in Threads/Posts..........

I am unable to view pictures in threads/posts; when I click on a picture, I receive the following message:

CycleChat Cycling Forums - Error
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

I am logged in when I try and view the pictures. Any clues as to what I must do to view pictures?
