Having some problems locating some strong wheels.

This is my criteria:

700c
Matching front and rear cartridge hubs
36 hole
Can accept 25-32mm tyres
Flip flop rear hub
125 if not 120mm track for the rear
100mm track for the front
 

Landslide

Rare Migrant
Budget?

Find a reputable wheel-builder and have a chat with them. It's not like you're asking for anything particularly specialised, it's just that such things might not be available as an off-the-peg wheelset.

I would suggest Miche X-Press fixed/free hubs, but AFAIK the 36h version isn't imported to the UK.

In terms of rim, Sheldon reckoned that a 700x32 tyre might just fit on an Open Pro, but to be on the safe side you could go for an Open Sport. That would make £45 for the rims, about £65 for the hubs and maybe £25-30 for the build+spokes. Total= £140 max.
