Cannondale r700 flip/flop

Hi all new member here ,
Bought this bike a few years ago looking for more info about this frame I’ve tried some research didn’t come up with much.
I’ve been told it’s supposedly 1993 model

The R700 was a road bike, so interesting to see that it has track ends instead of dropouts. I wonder if they were a later addition?
