Cannondale Bad Boy Solo

I'm thinking of buying a CANNONDALE BAD BOY ULTRA FATTY SOLO - This is the hybrid bike which has a normal SRAM derailler with a Lefty fork which has 50mm of suspension.

I have heard a lot of bad things about how the fork suspension malfunctions after a short while which is putting me off a bit. Is there anyone out there who knows or has had personal experiences of one who can advise???
