Does it say something on the chainring? Although I'm unaware of the double top tube variation, I'm sort of getting a Rollfast vibe on this one, if it's American to start with. Sometimes, Columbias had this sort of top tube configuration.

Check the back pedal brake, for any markings, names.

I did find L311135 stamp on outer rear bracket.

I'm thinking j.c. higgins or huffy all though those numbers are a match to schwinn s but , I didn't think they made a double top tube.
