Can anyone tell me what's happened to cyclechat on my PC?

Really weird...it started last night, but I assumed it was site maintenance or some such, but it's the same this morning:

I had to open Microsoft Edge to post this. Any thoughts gratefully received. (Oh, worth saying, no oddities on any other site I checked - just CC.)

UPDATE Forget it. I found some googly help and reset some settings to default & it seems to have sorted itself out. Just ignore me...I'll go off and play with the crayons...

Looks like the page hasn’t fully loaded. I get this sometimes on my phone.

Not loading the CSS properly which tells the browser where to put things and how they should look. Clear your cache then try reloading it.
