Can anyone help identify this frame

It's a nice looking well made frame and fork. The only frame number is 161073, which could be a date. The same number on underside of bb and fork steerer. Any help much appreciated.

Nice frame. The shape of the rear drop-outs looks Italian to me and I have seen a very similar fork-crown on a Legnano. The seat bolt looks like a 1960s–70s Cinelli design but the usual Cinelli fork crown and top seat-stay brazings were very different. Lugs are possibly Prugnat. The Legnano catalogue might be the best place to start a detailed search.

Lots of makers used the "chunky" seat stay style for track frames, the dropouts are fishtail design and again quite popular in to 70's. Is it an English BB
