Campag Veloce rear derailleur cage size

Hello. I have a Campagnolo Veloce rear derailleur with a 12-25T cassette, and I want to know if I can give myself a little help on the hills by changing to their 13-29T cassette. I gather this is dependent on the size of the rear mech cage. Can anyone tell me how to discover the size of the rear mech cage?

The size is the centre-to-centre distance between the jockey wheels.

Assuming with compact chainset this spec suggests even a short cage would crack it.

I was under the impression that all modern-ish Campagnolo rear mechs will manage a 29. You'd need a long cage mech for a triple and the newer stuff like Potenza uses larger sprockets, but I think for 10sp Veloce on a standard or compact double, you're fine.
