It could be the start of a "coffee table" book
I didn't recognise any, but it got me thinking about my home town - Letchworth Garden City (manufacturing plant for Chater Lea).
Everyone seemed to cycle to work, I used to watch hoards of workers cycling home at lunchtimes and at end of day (no works canteens so they would cycle home for lunch).
I remember there being three bike shops in the '60's:
Munts - toys, prams, bikes, sporting goods
Haddows
There was another (where I got my Dawes racer for cycling to secondary school), but funnily enough I can't remember the name of the shop - it was the only one which only sold bikes.
