Anyone do the above , do they have a program to follow . Seems to have its fans ? Plenty adverts on my socials , which says more about my browsing history

Blimey - there's a word I haven't heard for a while!

Is it something specific, or just bodyweight exercises with a fancy name?

Mind you, my cousin's been at it for a few years and he looks good on it.

Yes more of the body weight exercises. Just interested if anyone followed an online program available to all ?

Calisthenics is very good for mobility and balance. Lots of single arm/leg exercises.

Squats, press ups, glute bridges, triceps dips.

The only limiting factor is body weight. Once you get good at it, the only progress comes from doing lots of reps which can be time consuming.
