California TV ad

Hi all. There is currently a tv advert doing the rounds, for holidays in California, which features various stars plugging the state. These include Arnold Schwarzenegger and wife, Rob Lowe, Phil Mickelson, Vanessa Williams and others. It also has a cyclist uttering the words 'we are always playing catch up'. Now, my question relates to that cyclist. A mate of mine insists that it is Lance Armstrong but I'm certain that it isn't. Can anyone help settle this matter for us please? Cheers

Looks to good to be an average cyclist - pros look like they live on the bike !

That advert came out very soon after Levi won the national championships in September 2007. So soon in fact that the first time I saw it I thought it was Hincapie as I didn't think they could have turned it out so quickly.
