Cafe de Colombia for pro-team 2011?

As a fan of the great Colombian climbers of the 1980s, I felt a deep joy when I read that Cafe de Colombia are to up the status of their team to Pro-Continental - it would be just brilliant to see the return of Colombian riders to the TdF and other top races.

It's worth remembering that this would be Pro Continental, not Pro Tour, but it would still be good. I think it was implied a few days ago that their first objective would be to get a Vuelta invite, which would be a good start.
