Hello all I have a question about buying some rims for my bike. Mainly I just need a rim for my back tire and I'm not sure what size to get or where to buy it. These are the tires I just bought seen here

I been searching and all I can find is expensive rims. I'm looking to spend about $40. I do ride almost every day and I have a motor on my back tire so it would need to be semi strong. I have a walmart brand Mountain bike. I am not sure but from the looks of the tires I bought, they seem thin like a race cycle tire or something. I noticed it says clincher tires. what exactly does this mean and do I need a certain rim for that. Thanks for any help.
