anyone brought a bike from cyclestore co.uk or tredz .iam after a giant defy 2. anyone got one , are they any good and iam 5ft 8 what size should i go for its about £650 is this a good bike for the price

I paid £630 for a Defy 3 earlier this year so yes that's a pretty good deal. I'm really happy with it, although I don't have much to compare it to.

get someone to help you and take the measurments according to the Competitive Fit website:-

this will give you a table of results showing dimensions for 3 fits, competitive, eddy and French, rouglhy translatable as race, sportive and audax or performance over comfort, performance and comfort in balance and comfort over performance.

Nothing to stop you mixing between the disciplines a bit as you tweak for an ideal fit, but I've found their general size recommendations to be very accurate.

how tall are you and what size did you get

I'm 5'8 and I got the medium. The large was ok but not quite such a good fit
