I had a urine test a few years back that was dangerously high in sugar, I did the fasting test and came back negative. I guess our bodies do weird things.

Don't know yet if it is or not, but my Mum has been type 2 for a about 8 years and has just become inslulin dependant , I am a fat git..
But... I have been living on cough mixture and cough sweets for the last week...

One of the last urine tests showed an excess of pancreatic juice, I was close to becoming diabetic gradually (during the next week) my figures went back to normal leaving the doctors baffled

Similar thing here, the results from a quick piddle in a pot were alarming. I have diabetes on both sides of my family so I did the fasting test and my results came through totally and utterly normal. Odd.

That's been my technique until now, but being now fat and fifty, with a mum with heart probs and diabetes, a dad with prostrate probs and altziemers , and an uncle who died of prostrate cancer , swmbo and the rest of the women in my life have ganged up on me.
