Still 1:13:37 ... Not to shabby, was hoping for under 1:15, and trying to go under 1:10 ... was never going to happen though

Cor, bloody hell, that just kept getting harder. I was doing okish 'til the last 3/4 mile or so then fell apart a bit. I looked it up to check and I can confirm that my Vastus Midialis are farking killing me!!
