Neither it is just a waste. Unless you buy cheap crap bacon then I suppose it masks the taste. Seems pointless then.

As above but add a fried egg on top, (yolk only), then I would have brown sauce.

I've found that I'm using chilli ketchup more and more, particularly with fish and chips. I still tend to use mustard or HP sauce for les sandwichs à porc.
