i was looking to buy the b17 imperial £55 from german site is that a better saddle.

Some prefer this narrower saddle it is really a matter of choice. As you know I am not able to ride a Brooks so I can't really say what is best. When I did ride them I thought the ordinary Team Pro to be a better saddle than the B17.
