The Swallow is a much older design which apparently came about in ye olde days when road racers wanted a lighter saddle so Brooks sawed the sides of their B17. Or so I believe. The Swift on the other hand is their newest design and does look more modern. Can't comment on the relative comfiness comparisons - but I reckon I would stick my neck out and suggest that the Swift would be comfier. At a guess.

I have been asking myself the same question, also considering a b17 narrow. Are there any other saddles out there with saddlebag loops?

have opted for the swallow after much debate. Allegedly the swallow is longer lasting and the leather a better quality (more vigorous selection). The swallow is more expensive and 20g lighter. I tried the swallow and know folk who opted for same when facing same predicament. is comfy and with titanium rails i hope it rocks! the loops are a nice touch.
