The tension pin somehow got bent on my Swift saddle, I rang Brooks Monday morning, posted it Monday lunchtime and it arrived back with new pin at 0747 this morning. Less than 48 hours. Thank you Steve at Brooks, I only said it would be good if I could have it back for the weekend as I have a reliability ride then.
