On Sunday night I ordered a standard length seatpost, for my Brompton, from Evans Cycles.
They had the best price at a reduced £10.99 and freepost promised at 3-5 days.
I got an email on the Monday morning saying my order had been processed.
Then I got an email on Monday afternoon to say it had been dispatched.
Today, Tuesday, just after lunch it arrived!
The seatpost was wrapped in 1.5m of bubble wrap and then two plastic postal bags, both tightly bound with sticky tape.
Only downside was the sticky barcode label stuck to the seat post, that took a bit of soaking in WD40 to remove.
Overall, I am very impressed with the cost and service.
