Broken piece on a lever(shimano 105)

Hello,
recently a piece from my gear lever detached.
Does anybody know how to fix it?
I attached some photos to give an idea what the problem is.

It's just a top cap, fortunately it's replaceable, I've got to replace one of mine as it's also slightly cracked and rattles. If you pull the lever fully, you'll see a small screw that holds it in place, it's just a case of unscrewing that and putting a new one on.

I'm assuming it's R7000 105 - but is it rim brakes or hydraulic disc - there are slight differences between the part numbers you need.

Not sure which 105 model you have but you'll need something like this:

Thank you for posting this, for the last year or so I've had an annoying rattle from one of my shifters, just realised one of the top cap screws was loose! Screws now tightened and rattle gone 😁

At least yours was ‘valid’. Mine was the zip on the under saddle pouch :-(

It took me a while to figure it out. Was driving me mad, kept checking mudguards over and over and couldn't figure out what was loose.

Been there done that My best one was a clicking noise only when pedalling, in the end it was the end of my shoe lace hitting the top of my shoe.
