Brakes

I have centre pull rear brakes and it keeps sticking on any ideas

Replace the cable outers. Make sure there are no kinks in your cables.

Take brake apart & clean, re-grease all pivots

Don't use them & have more fun

....sometimes as the brake block wears it's a tiny bit lower than the braking surface of the rim, then it develops a small lip which sticks it there when you apply brakes. If t'were that a sharp knife is your friend.
