Brake units with removable pads?

Hi guys

I bought a new brake blocks which are better (in my opinion) as instead of changing the whole block you just change the pad with an insert that pins in.

I can't see to find them anywhere online - does anyone else have these on their bikes?

They seem to work better; I use Clarks CPS240 as they match the bike(s) but others use Swisstop/alternatives.
