Brake trouble

There is movement in the arm of my rear brake (105). I tighened the bolt but still movement. Is this scrap or am I missing something obvious?

There are two sets of bolts, and they are usually not difficult to dismantle and service. For 5700 this might help.

Thanks for that, forgot to say it's the rear brake. I dismantled it, cleaned it, oiled it and then put it back together and tightened it. However it still moves and more importantly it judders when I brake when the bike is moving!
