looking at new brakes for the coming winter ( current ones are stock and getting bit thin) hear of the koolstop brand before and the salmon being the best in the wet do you put these on front and rear or just the front? if so what do you use on the rear?

I use them front and rear.

And they live up to their reputation; they are great.
