Brake Levers for Childs Bike

Hi All,

I hope this is in the right place. I am looking for a recomendation re brake levers for my childs first bike. The cheep plastic things that came with are useless as the adjustment screw doesnt work - can anyone please recomend a brand or model suitable for small hands. Thanks for your help

Drop into a bike shop and ask about a set of alloy two finger ones... my son has these on his bike (20") and on getting the bike he said.. "Wow brakes that stop me"........

Article in the CTC magazine about Islabikes who have just designed and having made specific children's brake levers.

Now I don't know if they will sell them as an accessory, but it may be worth giving them a ring, or email.

Sorry to say this but..... you shoulda bought an Islabike! You'd have got everything set up right from the start.
