Brake levers for 26mm drop bars

Hi, I'm looking to fit road-style brake levers to my fixie - it's a Fuji Track Comp, with 26.0mm drop bars.

Currently it has tektro-style cross-brake levers. I'm struggling to find any (cheap) road-style brake levers with clamps to fit a 26mm bar - they all seem to go up to 25.4mm ?? Would these work, or am I trying to do the impossible?

If you use a classic style of lever that fit on with a band clamp then 0.6mm isn't going to make a difference, the band will easily accommodate that.

And if not, coke can shims will do it for you

How will a coke can 'shim' reduce a handlebar diameter from 26mm to 25.4mm.
