Brake Lever Question

My brake levers keep moving in a clockwise direction on the handlebars from the position that I fix them in and want them in it only happens when I am cycling some it must be the vibration that is doing it . . However much I tighten them with a Allen key it does not solve the problem . Any advice on the subject

Maybe try and pack between the lever mounting bracket and the bars to increase friction?

A section of inner tube might be suitable packing.

I presume your talking about drop-bars? If so, are you pulling hard on the levers when your climbing out of the saddle?
